SD Surveys Ltd. is a small and friendly Durham based consultancy and offers professional architectural, surveying and planning services throughout the North East.
The business is managed by Simon Donnelly who has over 30 years’ experience across the broad spectrum of construction from civil and commercial developments to planning and building control applications for domestic new builds and extensions.
Whether you are planning a new build, a double storey side extension or some office space in the back garden, my aim is to make the whole process as simple as possible.
