OS approved location plan – (downloaded from various on-line sites) - £18 - £20.

Topographical Survey – (may be required for a new build scheme where the site is large and uneven) – Fees start at around £300.

Structural calculations – may be required for new supporting beams or foundations.

These can be arranged with validation certificates and typically start at around £200.
